Shipping costs are auto-calculated at checkout based on your location. We use USPS (closed Saturday, Sundays & Nationally observed Holidays).
Once your package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for the package. You will be provided a tracking number sent to the email you provide at checkout and your package automatically sent to the address you provide.

-USPS First Class/Priority for both Domestic and International orders. The type of service depends on the weight of your order.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
-Yes! Just remember, once your order has left the US, it is your country's shipping carrier responsibility to deliver it to you. If there is an issue, please contact your country's shipping carrier, because we can only do so much on our end once it leaves the US. We really hate it when you yell at us for stuff that is totally out of our hands (literally) Thank You! =)
YOUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS SO EXPENSIVE! I CAN'T BRING MYSELF TO BUY FROM YOUR STORE BECAUSE OF IT!
-You're telling US! International shipping IS expensive for us, and more time consuming to ship than domestic orders. We wish shipping was free, just as much as our customers do, but unfortunately, it does cost money for us! Just because we are a company that ships out on the daily, doesn't mean we get special treatment, or free rates from the post office. They gotta pay the bills too!
MY ORDER SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT... WILL I GET A NEW ORDER?
Once an order has been shipped, it is USPS' responsibility to deliver it your destination. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen by weirdos once they have been marked as 'delivered'. USPS will ONLY mark the item delivered if it is indeed scanned and placed in your mailbox. In addition, we do not offer refunds/discounts on orders after they have been shipped out, so keep an eye on that tracking number. You will need to contact your local post office to file a claim for your lost order. By purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms & Policies.
I NEED TO HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS!
-Orders can only be shipped to the address provided during checkout in order to ensure delivery. So, if you need your address changed, you better email us ASAP! We are always busy with production and shipping, so some orders can ship as quick as 5 minutes after the order is placed!
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and INCLUDE THE ADDRESS YOU WANT IT SHIPPED TO! Don't wait for us to ask you for it because that's just silly and wastes time girl! ALWAYS double check your billing and shipping information before checkout in order to avoid this situation.
I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER.
-We are sorry to hear that you have changed your mind! As you know, our method of production and inventory is on demand. Therefore, we make each item to order. Putting together a schedule for production of the week is a long tedious process and can take up a lot of time, which is why we have a warning of 14 business day wait time. Canceling an order halts production and causes further lost time for us to remove your order from the production line. If you decide to cancel your order, there will be a 25% restocking fee. Please email email@example.com to cancel your order. Be sure to include your order # for faster assistance. Also You Would Get Refunded With Store Credit Only!
